‘दिल्ली दंगा’ pre-planned था, Whatsapp से हुआ खुलासा

‘दिल्ली दंगा’ क्या वास्तव में सुनियोजित था ? दंगे के दौरान मुसलमानों को निशाना बनाने के लिए हथियारबंद टीमें काम कर रही थीं ? मार-काट के दौरान हथियार घटने पर दंगाई एक दूसरी की सहायता करते थे ? दिल्ली पुलिस ने हाल में दंगे को लेकर तीन चार्जशीट दाखिल किए हैं। उससे तो ऐसा ही कुछ लगता है। मुसलमानों को निशाना बनाने के लिए योजनाबद्ध तरीक से काम किया गया।
 दिल्ली पुलिस ने दंगे के दौरान 25 एवं 26 फरवरी को मारे गए 9 मुसलमानों को लेकर तीन चार्जशीट दाखिल की है, जिसका एफआईआर नंबर है 102/20,103/20 और 104/20। इस मामले  में  लोकेश सोलंकी, पंकज शर्मा, अंकित चौधरी, प्रिंस, जतिन शर्मा, हिंशु ठाकुर, विवेक पांचाल, रिषभ चौधरी और सुमित चौधरी गिरफ्तार किए गए हैं। ये  ‘कट्टर हिंदू एकता’ वाट्सऐप गु्रप से जुड़े थे। ‘वेबसाइट द क्विंट’ ने दंगे के दौरान वाट्सऐप ग्रुप पर इनके बीच हुए संवाद को तारीख और समय वार प्रकाशित किया है। उनके संवादों से आपको समझते देर नहीं लगेगी कि कैसे भागीरथी विहार, गांगा विहार, गोकुलपुरी, जोहरीपुर आदि में चुन-चुनकर मुसलमान निशाना बनाए गए। हत्यारे उससे अपनी उपलब्धि साबित करने से भी नहीं चूकते थे। ऐसे ही एक मामले में एक हत्यारोपी कहता है….‘‘तुम्हारे भाई ने अभी 9 बजे के करीब भागीरथी विहार में दो मुल्ला मारे हैं…और नाले में फेंका है….अपनी टीम के साथ…तुम्हें पता है न कि तुम्हारा भाई सबसे आगे रहता है ऐसे कामों में।’’

The Murders
According to the charge sheet, nine Muslims are said to have been killed in Bhagirathi Vihar on 25 and 26 February. Here’s the sequence given by the police:
25 February
4-4.30 PM: Mursalin’s scooter was set on fire; he was killed and thrown in Bhagirathi Vihar Nala in Johripur bridge.
7 to 7.30 PM: Aas Mohammad was killed by the rioters and thrown in the Bhagirathi Vihar Nala. He was coming on foot from Loni, Ghaziabad.
7.30 to 8 PM: Rioters cut the electricity supply and in the dark, they attacked the house of Musharraf. They grabbed him and dragged him out into the street, where they beat him to death and threw him in the open drain.
9.30 PM: Aamin was killed by the rioters and thrown in the drain, near C Block Bhagirathi Vihar. He was coming on foot from Brijpuri bridge.

26 February
10.30 AM: Bhure Ali alias Salman was killed by the rioters and thrown in the drain near C-Block Bhagirathi Vihar while he was coming from Brijpuri bridge on foot.
Around 9.15 PM: Hamza was killed by rioters while he was coming from Mustafabad to Bhagirathi Vihar. He was killed and his body thrown in the drain near E Block Bhagirathi Vihar.
Around 9.30 PM: Akil Ahmed killed by rioters while coming on foot from Loni, Ghaziabad.
Around 9.40 PM: Hashim Ali and his elder brother Aamir Khan killed by rioters.

हत्यारों की बातों से लगता है कि वे दंगों को अंजाम देने में माहिर थे। दंगा करना-कराना उनका काम है। इसमें प्रशिक्षित और पारंगत हैं। ‘द क्विंट’ की खबर पढ़ें Killed 2 Muslims, Threw Them in Drain’: Riot-Accused on WhatsApp। आपको लेगा कि दंगाइयों के पास दंगा के समय पिस्तौल से लेकर गोलियों का पूरा जखीरा था। वे हमला करने के लिए रैली बनाकर जाते थे। मुसलमानों की हत्या करने के बाद अपने साथियों को इसकी सूचना भी देते थे। मगर उनसे यह सब कौन करवा रहा था। यानी दंगे का असली ‘मास्टर माइंड’ कौन है, दिल्ली पुलिस अब तक इसका खुलासा नहीं कर पाई है। उंगलियां घूम-फिर कर कुछ सफेदपोशों पर आकर टिक जाती हैं।
