साल 2015 से समाज के वंचित और हाशिए पर खड़े लोगों की आवाज बना ‘सेंटर फॉर सोशल रिसर्च एंड एम्पावरमेंट’ (CSRE) अब एक बड़े बदलाव की दहलीज पर है। शिक्षा, रोजगार और कानूनी सहायता के जरिए हजारों जिंदगियों में रौशनी भरने वाली यह संस्था अब अपने विस्तार के लिए एक बड़ा कदम उठाने जा रही है। संस्था ने एक नया ‘कम्युनिटी सेंटर’ बनाने का संकल्प लिया है। इसके लिए फंड जुटाने की मुहिम युद्ध स्तर पर शुरू हो चुकी है।

सीमित संसाधनों में असीमित उपलब्धियां

CSRE की कहानी किसी प्रेरणा से कम नहीं है। अब तक यह संस्था महज 200 वर्ग फुट के एक छोटे से किराए के कमरे से अपनी गतिविधियां चला रही थी। जगह की तंगी के बावजूद इसके हौसले कभी कम नहीं हुए। संस्था के अध्यक्ष अब्दुल रऊफ शेख बताते हैं कि इस छोटे से दफ्तर से उन्होंने युवाओं को रोजगार और उद्यमिता की राह दिखाई। पारिवारिक झगड़ों को सुलझाने के लिए काउंसलिंग और कानूनी मदद दी। लेकिन वक्त के साथ मांग बढ़ती गई और यह छोटा सा कमरा अब उनकी उड़ान के लिए कम पड़ने लगा है।

1200 वर्ग फुट का नया सपना: क्या होगा खास?

अब्दुल रऊफ शेख के नेतृत्व में CSRE ने अब एक स्वतंत्र और बड़े ऑफिस स्पेस का इंतजाम कर लिया है। करीब 1200 वर्ग फुट का यह नया केंद्र किसी पॉश इलाके में स्थित होगा। इसे एक आधुनिक कम्युनिटी सेंटर के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है।

इस प्रस्तावित केंद्र की मुख्य विशेषताएं:

• काउंसलिंग चैंबर: यहाँ संकट में घिरे लोगों को विशेषज्ञों की सलाह मिलेगी।
• इंक्यूबेशन स्पेस: नए उद्यमियों को अपना स्टार्टअप शुरू करने के लिए जगह और मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा।
• कॉन्फ्रेंस हॉल: यहाँ ट्रेनिंग प्रोग्राम, वर्कशॉप और कोचिंग क्लासेस का आयोजन होगा।

संस्था का मानना है कि इस नए ढांचे से उनकी कार्यक्षमता और लोगों तक पहुँच कई गुना बढ़ जाएगी।

अपनों ने बढ़ाया हाथ: 12 लाख का फंड जुटा

इस बड़े विजन को हकीकत में बदलने के लिए पैसों की जरूरत है। अच्छी बात यह है कि इसकी शुरुआत संस्था के अपने लोगों ने की है। कार्यकारिणी सदस्यों और करीबी साथियों ने अपनी जेब से कुल 12 लाख रुपये जमा कर दिए हैं।

दानदाताओं की सूची पर एक नजर: अब्दुल रऊफ शेख (अध्यक्ष), आफताब आलम खान (उपाध्यक्ष), हामिद कुरैशी (सचिव), जफर इकबाल (संयुक्त सचिव), एम.आई. शेख, बशीर शेख, शकील सर, जावेद अख्तर, आदिल शेख और कोषाध्यक्ष मुश्ताक अहसन कुरैशी ने व्यक्तिगत रूप से 1-1 लाख रुपये का योगदान दिया है। डेवलपर मोहम्मद तौसीफ ने भी 1 लाख रुपये दिए हैं। इसके अलावा अब्दुल कलीम और जावेद शेख ने 50-50 हजार रुपये की मदद की है।

इतना ही नहीं, करीब 5 लाख रुपये के दान का आश्वासन और भी मिल चुका है। इसमें मुजफ्फर खान, हारिस अली, सैयद इकबाल अली और डॉ. यूसुफ काजी जैसे नाम शामिल हैं।

अगले छह महीने और 50 लाख का लक्ष्य

संस्था का लक्ष्य बड़ा है। अगले छह महीनों के भीतर उन्हें 50 लाख रुपये और जुटाने हैं। यह राशि कम्युनिटी सेंटर के निर्माण और उसे सुसज्जित करने में खर्च की जाएगी। CSRE ने समाज के संपन्न और जागरूक लोगों से इस नेक काम में जुड़ने की अपील की है।

अब्दुल रऊफ शेख कहते हैं कि यह सिर्फ एक इमारत नहीं बल्कि उम्मीद का एक केंद्र होगा। आपका छोटा सा योगदान किसी की जिंदगी बदल सकता है। जो लोग दान करना चाहते हैं, वे चेक या बैंक ट्रांसफर के जरिए मदद भेज सकते हैं। सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह है कि इस संस्था को दिया गया दान धारा 80G के तहत टैक्स छूट के दायरे में आता है।

After years of lighting up thousands of lives through education, employment, and legal aid, the organization is taking a giant stride toward expansion. The foundation has pledged to build a grand ‘Community Centre,’ and the campaign to raise funds has begun on a war footing.

Limitless Achievements with Limited Resources

The story of CSRE is nothing short of an inspiration. Until now, the organization has been operating out of a tiny rented room measuring just 200 square feet. Despite the lack of space, their spirits never wavered. Abdur Rauf Shaikh, President of CSRE, shares that from this small office, they guided youth toward jobs and entrepreneurship. They provided counseling and legal help to resolve family disputes. However, as the demand grew over time, this small room became too cramped for their soaring ambitions.

A New Dream of 1200 Sq Ft: What’s Special?

Lending a Helping Hand: ₹12 Lakhs Raised Already

Realizing such a big vision requires significant funding. The good news is that the movement started from within the organization itself. Executive members and close associates have contributed a total of ₹12 lakhs from their own pockets.

A glance at the donors: Abdur Rauf Shaikh (President), Aftab Alam Khan (VP), Hamed Quraishi (Secretary), Zafar Iqbal (Joint Secretary), M. I. Shaikh, Bashir Shaikh, Shakeel Sir, Jawed Akhtar, Adil Shaikh, and Treasurer Mushtaque Ahsan Qureshi have personally contributed ₹1 lakh each. Developer Mohd Tauseef also donated ₹1 lakh. Furthermore, Abdul Kaleem and Javed Shaikh contributed ₹50,000 each.

Additionally, commitments for another ₹5 lakhs in donations have already been secured. This includes names like Muzaffar Khan, Haris Ali, Sayed Iqbal Ali, and Dr. Yusuf Quazi.

The Target: ₹50 Lakhs in the Next Six Months

The goal is ambitious. The organization needs to raise an additional ₹50 lakhs within the next six months. This amount will be spent on constructing and equipping the Community Centre. CSRE has appealed to the affluent and conscious members of society to join this noble cause.

Abdur Rauf Shaikh says this won’t just be a building; it will be a center of hope. A small contribution can change someone’s life.
